Terms of Service

By using the products and services provided by HaloCloud Network Limited (hereinafter referred to as HaloCloud), you agree to abide by the following Terms of Use. HaloCloud reserves the right to interpret, modify, or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Section 1 · General Terms

By using the products and services provided by HaloCloud Network Limited (hereinafter referred to as HaloCloud), you agree to abide by the following Terms of Use. Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or termination of your services without prior notice. HaloCloud reserves the right to interpret, modify, or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Section 2 · Prohibited Activities

To ensure network stability and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  1. Network Security Protection. The operation of any tools that may compromise network security, including unauthorized network monitoring, traffic manipulation, or unauthorized access attempts.
  2. Network Stability. Tools that generate excessive traffic, such as Finalspeed, and prolonged high-bandwidth usage.
  3. Content Restrictions. Storing, distributing, or publishing content that violates the laws of the customer's local jurisdiction and the server's jurisdiction.
  4. Resale and Sharing. Unauthorized resale or public sharing of HaloCloud services or products.
  5. Resource-Intensive Software. Software that excessively consumes CPU, bandwidth, or storage—cryptocurrency mining, traffic bots, video streaming farms, cluster computing.
  6. Security Threats. ARP attacks, packet sniffing, scanning weak passwords, or interfering with other servers.
  7. Legal Compliance. All service usage must comply with the applicable laws of both the customer's location and the server's jurisdiction.
  8. Software Support. HaloCloud guarantees the proper operation of its services but is not obligated to provide support for third-party software issues.
  9. Abuse of Support System. Harassment of customer support, submitting excessive or meaningless tickets (repeated inquiries on resolved matters, non-issue submissions, spamming), or abusing support staff may result in account suspension.
  10. Virtualization Restrictions. Nested virtualization is strictly prohibited except for standalone servers.
  11. Restricted Applications. Impersonation of brands, child exploitation content, Easypanel panels, and QEMU virtual machines are prohibited.
  12. Software Activation. Installing or running Microsoft KMS or similar activation services on HaloCloud servers is prohibited.

Section 3 · Abuse Management

  1. If any complaints or violations related to your service are detected, HaloCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service immediately, delete the instance, and format all data without any refund or compensation.
  2. Common violations include, but are not limited to, hosting pornography, politically sensitive content, spam, hacking, virus/trojan distribution, port scanning, copyright infringement, phishing, game servers, unauthorized IP use, and any activity violating the terms above.
  3. If your service is reported as violating applicable laws or regulations, HaloCloud has the right to suspend or terminate your service without notice.

Section 4 · Disclaimer

HaloCloud is not responsible for service unavailability or data loss caused by the following:

  • Non-payment, failure to renew, or missed renewal by the user.
  • User misconfigurations, misuse, or negligence.
  • Violations of the Terms of Use, leading to account suspension or termination.
  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters and social disruptions.

Section 5 · Refund Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE — HALOAI CREDITS

HaloAI top-ups are non-refundable under any circumstances.

All HaloAI credit purchases (including bonus credits) are final and non-refundable once paid, regardless of usage. Please top up only the amount you intend to use. This clause overrides any general refund terms below.

5.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following conditions.

Limited-quantity or promotional plans are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5.2 Refund within 24 Hours

If usage is below 5%, a full refund (minus processing fees) is available.

5.3 Refund After 24 Hours

  • The refund amount will be based on the lower value of either the remaining days or remaining traffic.
  • Processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

5.4 Refund Request Process

  • Users must submit a refund request via ticket or customer service.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Final settlement depends on the payment provider (typically 3–7 days).

5.5 Important Notes

  • Refund calculations are strictly based on policy and cannot be negotiated. Appeals for extenuating circumstances are reviewed case-by-case.
  • Accounts violating the Terms of Use are not eligible for refunds.
  • Initial installation fees are non-refundable.

5.6 Final Interpretation

  • HaloCloud Network Limited reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms.
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of HaloCloud Network Limited shall prevail.

By using HaloCloud services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
