Terms of Use

 

1. The hosting products sold by HaloCloud prohibit the use of OpenVPN/PPTP/L2TP and other tools that endanger the network security of China's three major telecom operators.

2. in order to ensure stable network packet transmission, disable multifold packet sending tools such as Finalspeed and prohibit continuous occupation of large amounts of bandwidth.

3. prohibit the storage, provision and publication of content in the products and services provided by HaloCloud that violate the laws of the region where the server is located and the laws of China.

4. prohibit non-authorized individuals and businesses from reselling or publicly sharing HaloCloud's services or products.

5. prohibit the operation of software that consumes CPU, bandwidth and hard disk resources, such as traffic mining, virtual coins, video hookups, cluster computing and traffic swiping.

6. prohibit the use of host external and internal packets, ARP attacks, ARP hijacking, scanning weak passwords, malicious exhaustion and interference with the operation of other servers.

7. when using HaloCloud product services, it must be done in accordance with the premise of Chinese laws that allow it.

8. HaloCloud only guarantees the normal operation of the products and services sold and provided, all software problems HaloCloud team has no obligation to provide assistance.

9. reasonable use of work order support system, respect for customer service, abusive customer service, sending meaningless work orders, work order bombing, etc., in the case of providing solutions, continued harassment / pestering work orders customer service, will delete the machine processing, if found abusive customer service, malicious damage to the reputation of HaloCloud, we will retain all legal rights and interests.

10. prohibit any user from nesting virtualization except for standalone server series.

11. all server use must comply with local laws, strictly prohibited for illegal use.

12. prohibit the imitation of brand websites, children * porn * love, Easypanel panel, qemu virtual machine, any GUI desktop.

13. it is forbidden to use HaloCloud to build/install Microsoft KMS and other software activation services provided by the host. Once found will be immediately suspended from service.

14. prohibit NAT series machines more than 30 minutes to occupy more than 40 percent of the allocated broadband bandwidth, the first suspension of 3 days, the second direct deletion of the machine.

15. all NAT blocking mainland IP, can not get any content from the mainland IP, only for Linux platform testing and learning, please do not use for illegal activities.

 

Abuse Management

 

1. Under any circumstances, if we find that there are complaints or violations related to your host, we have the right to suspend your service without notice to you, and reserve the right to directly delete the host, format the hard disk, and no refund, no refund of data, and all the consequences bear their own.

Note common violations and abuses: pornography, political, spam, attack, attacked, packet, virus/trojan distribution, port scanning, copyright disputes, phishing, SF games, BT, PT, stealing other people's IPs in the network, or modifying the use of IPs that do not belong to you, etc.

2. In any case, if we find that there is a national network firewall (GFW) notification related to your domestic host, that is, your IP performance for foreign can not be connected, we have the right to suspend your service without notice to you, and reserve the right to directly delete the host, format the hard disk, and no refund, no refund of data, and all the consequences bear their own.


Disclaimer

 

1. inaccessibility of the service, data loss, etc. caused by the user's non-payment, non-renewal or forgetting to renew the fee.

2. inaccessibility of the service, data loss, etc. caused by the user's operation or other related misconduct

3. inaccessibility and data loss caused by the user's website content or use behavior in violation of the Terms of Service and Terms of Use, etc.

4. inaccessibility, data loss, etc. caused by force majeure factors (social/natural).

5. NAT series does not provide data security guarantee and SLA time guarantee.


Refund Policy

 

1. No refunds for all series.

2. 24 hours to determine the machine problem refund to the original payment channel (minus 1 percent of the handling fee), 72 hours to use the days upward rounded proportional refund to HaloCloud account.
